What we use
ClearIntake uses only the cookies and local storage entries strictly necessary to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with third-party trackers.
Strictly necessary
- Authentication: session tokens that keep clinicians signed in and enforce MFA.
- Preferences: the clinician's preferred display language for translated content.
- Consent: a small entry recording that you saw the cookie banner so we don't show it again.
Your choices
Because every cookie we set is required for the service to function, there are no optional categories to disable. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out and reset preferences.
